A little about Dr. Chrustowski...
Paul G. Chrustowski, Ph.D. holds a doctorate from Wayne State University's Educational Psychology department and a Master's degree, also from WSU in School and Community Psychology.  He is a certified school psychologist who has worked for the Detroit Public School District since 1994, and is currently a supervisor in the psychological services department.  Also, since 1994, Dr. Chrustowski has been one-half of C&S
Psychological Services with partner, Kathy Spatafora. C&S Psychological Services has been involved in services such as provision of psychological evaluations and services to children and families involved in the foster care system and provision of multidisciplinary services to children, adults and families affected by ADHD and related disorders through ADDapt Michigan.   "Dr. C." developed the curriculum for ADDapt's School Survival and Success Skills group for students with ADHD, and leads the group for part of the year when his schedule allows.  His personal experiences as an adoptive father has spawned professional interests for C&S, including psychological evaluations of prospective adoptive parents seeking international adoptions through Adoption Options Worldwide. Dr. Chrustowski has an interest in the use of technology in the fields of psychology and education and maintains a blog on the topic.  He is also a consultant to Future Help Designs, a Michigan software development company which has developed two iPhone behavioral psychology applications--the iBAA (Behavioral Assessment Application) and Keep In Mind, an application which assists in the implementation of a variety of behavioral intervention plans.

Since 2001 Dr. Chrustowski has been part-time adjunct faculty member in the Educational Psychology department of
Wayne State University, teaching courses in Behavioral Psychology, Social Psychology, and Child Psychology.  He has a prior clinical background of working with children and adolescents with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities in in-patient, out-patient, and residential treatment settings.  He is a member in good standing of the American Psychological Association (APA), the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the Michigan Association of School Psychologists (MASP), and the Behavior Analysis Association of Michigan (BAAM).
